Our Services
Overview
In Motion Massage provides professional medical and therapeutic massage services focused on pain relief, functional improvement, and physical well-being. Services are delivered using clinically informed techniques and adjusted to each client’s condition, tolerance, and treatment goals.
All services are provided by appointment only.
Medical Massage
Targeted therapeutic massage focused on relieving pain, supporting injury recovery, and improving mobility. Sessions are structured around specific clinical concerns rather than generalized relaxation.
This service is appropriate for clients managing chronic pain, postural strain, or musculoskeletal discomfort.
Deep Pressure Massage
Firm, sustained pressure applied to address chronic muscle tension and restricted tissue. Pressure levels are adjusted carefully based on client tolerance and response.
This service is intended for clients who require and can safely tolerate deeper work.
Trigger Point Therapy
Focused work on specific areas of muscle tension that contribute to localized or referred pain. Techniques are applied deliberately to release tight bands of muscle and improve movement.
Trigger point work may be incorporated into broader treatment sessions or applied as a primary focus when clinically appropriate.
Swedish Massage
Light to moderate pressure massage designed to promote relaxation, circulation, and general muscle comfort. This service is suitable for clients seeking stress reduction or gentle therapeutic support.
Hot Stone Massage
Therapeutic use of heated stones to assist muscle relaxation and improve tissue response when appropriate. Heat is used selectively and safely based on client needs and contraindications.
Prenatal Massage
Massage adapted for pregnancy, with attention to positioning, pressure modification, and contraindications. This service is designed to support comfort and mobility during pregnancy.
Clients must disclose pregnancy stage and relevant medical information prior to booking.
Reflexology
Pressure-based foot work intended to support relaxation and systemic balance. Reflexology sessions focus on the feet and lower legs and may be used as a standalone service or complementary care.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a targeted manual therapy technique that uses controlled suction to lift soft tissue, promote localized circulation, and support muscle and fascial mobility. Cups are applied to specific areas based on the client’s condition, tolerance, and treatment objectives.
This service is commonly used to address muscle tightness, restricted movement, and areas of persistent tension. Cupping may be performed as a stationary application or with gentle movement across tissues, depending on clinical appropriateness.
Pressure levels and duration are adjusted carefully, and cupping may be integrated into a broader therapeutic session or provided as a focused treatment when indicated. Temporary skin discoloration may occur and is discussed prior to treatment.
Clients with certain medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or bleeding disorders may not be appropriate candidates and may require a brief consultation before booking.
Chair Massage (Corporate & Events)
Short-duration massage sessions provided in a seated position for workplaces, events, and group settings. Chair massage is typically offered in 10–15 minute sessions and does not require clients to disrobe.
Corporate and event bookings are scheduled separately.
